Cost: Billed per email based on industry-standard rates (typically $0.0005–$0.002 per email depending on volume and email service provider).

SMS / Text Messaging

Description: SMS messages sent via the platform, including marketing campaigns and automated notifications.

Cost: Billed per SMS according to standard Twilio rates: approximately $0.0075 per domestic SMS and $0.01–$0.05 per international SMS.

WhatsApp Messaging

Description: Messages sent using WhatsApp integration for conversations, notifications, and automated sequences.

Cost: Billed per message based on Twilio WhatsApp rates: approximately $0.005–$0.01 per message, depending on country.

Voice AI / Calls

Description: AI-powered voice calls and call automation, including recordings and interactive calls.

Cost: Billed per minute of usage at standard Twilio Voice rates: approximately $0.013 per minute for outbound domestic calls, higher for international calls.

Email Verification / List Cleaning

Description: Verifying email addresses to improve deliverability and remove invalid addresses.

Cost: Billed per email verified at typical industry rates: approximately $0.0005–$0.002 per email.
